6. Requesting the Minister of Sports to allocate an annual subsidy for the Federation.
7. Opening a bank account in the name of the Federation, in the accredited bank by the Ministry of Saudi Arabia.

10. Holding its first championship in the Middle East Region on 2 March 2018, through which activities were carried out in various sports in which all member countries participated.
11. The Arab situation in the Middle East region and the distribution of wars and conflicts among the countries of the region, and the weakness of the Arab Deaf Federations and Disability Associations and the Paralympic Committees have contributed to slowing down the activities of the Federation without its rapid spread.
12. Accordingly, a program was developed and prepared, summarized in holding the Games in the coming year 2019, and its title was: “The First Championship for the Deaf in West Asia.” It included participation from all member countries.
