Sports represent many virtues for the deaf people and aim to activate many aspects. Sport values based on honest competition between deaf athletes and healthy athletes equally are driven by a high sport spirit that develops the talent of creativity.

Practice is a healthy and physical behavior that became an axiom of life. It includes educational, physical, moral and social goals. Youth period in general is one of the most critical stages of person's life as he is growing rapidly and then move to masculinity.

It is the stage of real participation in their social environment, At this stage, the youngster, male or female, feels independent and does not rely on others, whether he/ she is deaf or not.
The need to pay attention to and preserve the deaf youth starting from childhood through adolescence to the stage of physical and intellectual maturity comes from the fact that they are often suffering a conflict between the loss of hearing and speech and their ambition and dreams and fantasies that they live in the beginning of their lives.
As youth of any society is the main pillar to which every great hopes and developments are attached, the Asian Pacific Deaf Sports Confederation (APDSC) has undertaken to promote the Deaf sport in all Asia Pacific countries and establishing a number of regional associations of Deaf Sports in this continent, including the West Asia Regional Deaf Sports Federation, that was first developed by a number of Deaf leaders on 17/02/2017 to serve a group of Deaf people in the following West Asia countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain - Qatar - UAE - Oman - Yemen - Jordan - Iraq - Syria - Palestine –Lebanon and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in the first phase.

We are in the Union extend our sincere thanks to the Officials Asian Pacific Deaf Sports Confederation (APDSC) and to the kings, princes and heads of West Asian member states of the Federation for their attention and care.
We hope that all deaf people in all member states will benefit from the various programs and activities offered by the Federation.
